Kermit - Documentation

The Kermit software effort is entirely self-supporting. If you use Kermit software, you are requested to also purchase the appropriate manual(s).

These manuals show you, step-by-step, how to use the software, complete with examples and illustrations. They are designed for users of all levels, from novices to experts, and include everything ranging from tutorials to reference material, meticulously compiled tables, an excellent index, etc.

When you have the manual, you will not need to ask for technical support except under unusual circumstances. This reduces the load on our help desk, and thus our costs. It frees the time of the software developers for more development work. And sales of the manuals provide most of the income that supports the Kermit project.

CLICK HERE for information about our manuals.

Please do not request technical support unless you have already consulted the appropriate manual, as well as the online help, "beware" (hints and tips), and update files that accompany your version of Kermit.
