Description:    A small utility that allows admins to execute chat and shell 
		scripts to network elements. Use mostly for accessing routers
		to set them up or obtasin information from their CLI (command 
		line interface) whenever the use of SNMP/CMIP or other 
		management protocols is more of an overhead than what is needed.
