Description:    This is a modified version of Tom Fitzgerald <fitz@wang.com>'s
                udprelay program which will work with linux.  It has been
		very minimally tested by me using archie on inside machines.
		UDPrelay is a socks-like program for UDP packets.  
		Use at your own risk, download it and read README.Linux for
		more info.
