Description:	This PERL5 script checks local or http files for ref. links.
		example "mkclinks mylinks.html"
		or "mkclinks http://www.mysite.com/mylinks.html"

		This script is using LYNX to fetch HTTP headers and documents.
		You have to install LYNX on your *nix system, before you can
		use this script.

		You can have many HTTP and resource Links as u like in any
		order at the same line in the a file that should be checked.

		You can set up a @IGNORELIST, to prevent your list from
		references like "mailto:" or unimportant stuff.
		
		V0.9.1 - ADDED this UPDATE:

		+ commandline argument "--strict", for stricter and saver
		  link checking
		  
		+ automated domain-name prefix fetching for link references
		  that looks like "images/its.jpg" or "forms/myform.html"
