Description:    SoundMan is an frequency analyzer. It can computes the
		frequency spectrum in realtime. And you can try to filter
		one or more frequency components. It can compute a
		spectogram too. It requires Qt-1.4 and an OSS driver.
		Tested with Sb16 on Debian 2.1.
		This file contains the source and the binary version.
