Description:    combine_wave adds 2 mono .wav channels into one stereo
                channel, and allows to shift /set / determine the timing
                difference in milliseconds or samples (for later multiplexing for
                example).
                This is a command line tool.
                To unpack:
                tar -zxvf combine_wave-0.3.1.tgz
                cd combine_wave-0.3.1
                Then follow the instructions in README.
