Description:    MAPM is an Arbitrary Precision Math Library written in C. 
                This library also has math functions typically found in 
                math.h. The library has the obvious add, subtract, multiply, 
                and divide. It also has the following math functions :
                SQRT, CBRT, SIN, COS, TAN, ARC-SIN, ARC-COS, ARC-TAN, 
                ARC-TAN2, LOG, LOG10, EXP, POW, SINH, COSH, TANH, ARC-SINH, 
                ARC-COSH, ARC-TANH, FLOOR, CEIL, and FACTORIAL. Since the 
		library supports math.h type functions, it has a slant towards 
                floating point math (as opposed to integers).  However, 
                this library will also perform integer only math if so 
                desired.  The library has a random number generator with
                a period of 1.0E+15. The fast multiplication algorithm is
                FFT based for only O(n * Log2(n)) growth. The library includes 
		a C++ wrapper class which enables the user to use the library 
		with syntax typical to a 'normal' C program, i.e.  
		MAPM x, y;  y = 3.74 + sin(x); etc.
