HiGarrote: Nonnegative Garrote Method Incorporating Hierarchical Relationships

An implementation of the nonnegative garrote method that incorporates hierarchical relationships among variables. The core function, HiGarrote(), offers an automated approach for analyzing experiments while respecting hierarchical structures among effects.
