These are the sripts to work with icons
Typical use:

0. Install ImageMagicK

1. Extract KDE Icons to current directory

2. Use iconmerge to complete the icon sets.
Usually, you have to modify the script.
See iconmerge-nuvola and iconmerge-noia

3. Use iconrox to convert the KDE icons into ROX.
Bad news however, this script does not convert
the MIME type yet.

4. Use iconicewm to convert the KDE icons for IceWM.
