swaybg is a wallpaper utility for Wayland compositors. It is compatible
with any Wayland compositor which implements the following Wayland
protocols:

wlr-layer-shell
xdg-output
example usage: in your home .config/sway/config 
output * bg (your wallpaper path) fill
