Since this is a noarch data package, it's laid out in a Skeleton
directory named _hwdata-0.118. Just unpack the tarball anywhere.
To create the package just cd into the Skeleton dir
and give this command:

makepkg ../hwdata-0.118-noarch-3.tgz
