this wouldn't compile liggw-gnc and others till I specified
 the gnome dir and got rid of a double installed g-wrap in /usr/local
 
 it gives guile errors and recommends the env below during compile
 env GUILE_WARN_DEPRECATED=detailed  (make) or ./gnucash.PkgBuild
