This directory is for files that do not belong to the GNU HaliFAX
project but that may be useful for it (or for other projects). And, of
course, those utilities are free software.

xpm2wico is an XPM to Windows ico converter that I wrote so that I
could produce icons for ghfaxviewer without relying on proprietary
programs. It is not required per se, unless if you want ghfaxviewer
for Windows to have a nice icon.

There exist a perl script around the Net called xpm2ico.pl IIRC that
can convert only black and white icons.
